Unfortunately, a WOLTERS product I purchased has broken. How can I get it refunded?

If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days after receiving the product. This excludes individually made custom products. This return period shall be considered maintained, if the product is returned to us within this period.
Please make sure that the returned products are properly packaged, so the product won't be damaged during the return transport. Should it not be possible to return the products in a regular package (for example, bulky products) and should it therefore not be possible for you to return the products within the return period, it's sufficient if you inform us within the return period at shop@wolters-cat-dog.de that you are claiming your return right.
Our customer service will then contact you and arrange for the return of the products. The return shipping is free of charge for you.
