Right of Return
If a product does not match your expectations, you can return it within 14 days after receiving the product. Excluded are individual custom-made products. This return period shall be considered as maintained, if the product is returned to us within this period.(see our revocation instructions)
Please make sure to properly package the product, so the product will not be damaged during return shipment. Should it not be possible to ship the product as a parcel (e.g. bulky products) and return the products within the specified return period, it is sufficient if you inform us within the return period that you claim your right of revocation and return at shop@wolters-cat-dog.de.
Our customer service will then contact you to arrange for the return of the product.
Returns are free of charge for you.
Return address:

1. Attach return label to your parcel
Prepare the return shipment by packing up the product to be returned again. Then attach the included return label to your parcel.

2. Post the parcel
Post the parcel at your nearest DHL parcel shop and keep the issued return receipt.

3. Receive your refund
Once your return shipment has arrived and has been processed, we will refund your money as soon as possible.
Are returns inside Germany free of charge?
If you use the included DHL return label, all returns inside Germany are free of charge for you.
Are returns from outside Germany free of charge?
Shipments to addresses outside Germany do not include a return label. In these cases, please take the parcel to your local post office and mail it to the company address listed above, also state your ordernumber. Afterwards, please e-mail the receipt to shop@wolters-cat-dog.de.
I didn't receive a return label. What now?
Every parcel shipped inside Germany should include a return label. Should there have been a mistake and the return label is missing, please send us a brief e-mail. Then we will mail you a new return label as a printable PDF file.
Can I exchange one product for another?
Exchanges are only possible, if the price of the new product is equal or lower than the price of the previous product. Otherwise, the best and fastest way is to order the new product and return the previous product via the included return label.
Will gift cards and coupons used be reactivated?
If you used a gift card to purchase a returned product, the price will be refunded to your gift card after the product has been returned. Coupon codes, which grant a discount, will expire after the stated period and cannot be reactivated.
