This dog toy is natural and free from any chemical softeners. Pure olive oil not only enhances the wooden toy visually but the naturally contained lignins and tannins also act as antibacterial agents. Important to know:

Each piece of antler is unique and may differ in size and shape from this illustration. We would like to point out that gnawing on hard objects is not suitable for dogs with loose or sensitive teeth, as well as for dogs that tend to bite off chew items immediately. Please also choose the right size for your dog.

If your dog chews with great force, it may happen that smaller or larger pieces are chewed off or broken out. To prevent your dog from swallowing these, you should remove them as a precaution. Over time, the chew toy will decrease in size and weight due to chewing. If the size becomes so small that your dog could swallow it, we recommend replacing the chew toy.

Dogs naturally have a very strong bite, so that toys and chew items of all kinds can be bitten through despite all safety precautions. Therefore, please do not leave your four-legged friend unsupervised while gnawing.

About Olive Wood:

The wood for all Olivi products comes from olive trees in Tunisia and is shaped and finely sanded in Germany. Afterwards, the wood is finished with valuable olive oil. Olive wood is a natural material that, thanks to its special properties, remains completely natural after processing without the need for foreign additives. Moreover, olive wood is very suitable for direct contact with food because the wood's acidity neutralizes bacteria.

The manufacturing process of Olivi toys is overall very gentle: Drying takes place naturally outdoors. No additives such as chemical varnishes are used, but all products are rubbed with pure olive oil. Moreover, production takes place at fair prices.

To maintain the longevity of the products and their positive properties, the wooden parts should be regularly oiled with olive oil.
