The Olivi Rope Toy Ring by our partner Lucky-Pet is a 100% natural chew and tug toy for dogs made from olive wood and a natural cotton rope, which has been manufactured according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. This natural toy offers long-lasting chewing fun, gently clean the teeth, boosts the immune system and also gives your dog a pleasantly smelling breath. The dumbbell is the perfect alternative to a stick or a ball and also makes a good retrieval toy.
The Olivi Rope Toy Ring is made from olive tree wood, which is very hard and is difficult to splinter. Furthermore, the dog toy is natural and uses no chemical softeners or other agents. Pure, high-quality olive oil not only improves the optical appearance of the wooden toy, but the lignins and tannins contained in the oil also have an antibacterial effect. Natural antioxidants and omega fatty acids may have a beneficial effect on your dog's health. The pleasant smell and the unique woodgrain are further characteristics of the olive wood toys.

All Olivi products are sawed out of the wood of ancient olive trees and ground down. Afterwards, the wood is treated with high-quality olive oil. Olive wood is a natural product that does not require chemical additives after processing due to its unique characteristic and therefore remains completely natural. Olive wood is also suitable for use in connection with food products, because the acid contained in the wood has an antibacterial effect.
The Olivi toys are produced in a sustainable and natural way. The toys are air-dried in the open. Chemical substances such as paints are not used, instead the products are treated with pure olive oil. Furthermore, the toys are produced under fair, non-exploitative working conditions.
Important information by the manufacturer:
If your dog chews with a lot of force, small or bigger wood chips and splinters (sometimes measuring several centimetres may be chewed or broken out of the toy. Normally, the dogs do not eat these wooden pieces, but you should remove them if you have concerns. Due to the chewing, size and weight of the chew toy will be reduced over time. Should the size of the toy shrink to a level where your dog might swallow it, we advise you to replace the chew toy.
We would like to point out that chewing hard objects is not advisable for dogs with loose or sensitive teeth as well as for dogs who tend to immediately bite through chew toys. Please also make sure to choose the right size of toy for your dog.
Dogs have naturally strong fangs, so that toys and chew products can be bitten apart in spite of all safety precautions. Therefore, don't leave your dog unobserved, when they are chewing.
Olive wood is a very hard wood, harder than oakwood, which lasts a very long time, even with daily use, and is extremely resistant towards many substances and mechanical impacts.
The photos of the olive wood products are only exemplary. Because olive wood is a natural product, the colours and wood grain may differ. Because the products are made by hand, they may also differ slightly in size and shape.
