The hoodies are produced according to the highest current standards in a sustainable and animal-friendly way: The material used is 85% GOTS-certified organic cotton GOTS-certified organic cotton 15 % recycled polyester. Furthermore, the pullover is certified „PETA-Approved Vegan“ i.e. it was manufactured without animal-derived materials and cruelty towards animals. 

Our partner Cotton 'N' More focusses on manufacturing sustainable textile products in general and has been combining economic interests with responsibility for humans, animals and nature for more than twelve years now. For example, the company has received the „Green Button“ certificate for sustainable textile products awarded by the Federal German government. 

What is the GOTS certificate?  GOTS stands for "Global Organic Textile Standard", i.e. a globally applied standard for organic textile products. This includes both international guidelines regarding textile products from natural organic fibres ranging from the production of the raw materials to the manufacturing of the finished products as well as social aspects regarding the working conditions and labour rights in the countries of production. What does "PETA-Approved Vegan" mean? In order to better label vegan fashion, the organisation PETA awards a logo, which allows animal-friendly companies to highlight their vegan fashion products and their commitment to animal protection.
