The vegetarian hard cheese chew bones from our partner Dauerkauer are a tasty and natural chew treat for your dog and offers hours of fun. The particularly firm texture offers not only calming chewing fun, but also strengthens the jaw muscles and the teeth and promotes dental health! This 100% natural cheese chew bone helps to remove dental calculus and effectively prevents the formation of smelly plaque and therefore bad breath.

The Dauerkauer cheese chewing bones are handmade in North Germany from high-quality North German milk without any artificial additives and with the highest production standards. These cheese is pressed and packed by hand into gunnysacks, where it dries and ripens for several months. Due to the extensive drying and ripening period, the cheese bones made from lactose-free cow's milk cheese are easily digestible. They are rich in proteins and calcium, low in calories and offer your dog an energy boost.

The chew treats may be given as a reward after training, at the end of an exciting nature walk, for relaxing while on the road or without any special occasion. However, please note that the cheese chew bones are not a long-term meal replacement. Always watch your dog, when they are chewing, and offer fresh water. In order to keep impatient gourmets from eating small cheese parts that have broken off or are left over as a whole, heat them for in the microwave for 45-75 seconds. Once they've cooled down, you can give your dog a tasty puffed up cheese treat.

The Dauerkauer cheese chew bones are suitable for dogs of all breeds and sizes and are available in seven different sizes from XS to XXXL in our webshop. For chew-happy puppies, we advise using the Dauerkauer cheese bones only from 16 weeks upwards. The sizes XL, XXL and XXXL also differ with regard to weight and can be given to dogs with a particularly high bite force. Please also pay attention to our size advice.
